Golf Season is Around the Corner, What are you Doing to Better Your Game?
Hudson Fitness and Pilates invites you to attend a 4 Week Golf Clinic designed to strengthen your golf game, increase your range of motion and fine tune your muscles.
Strength training is a way for golfers to improve their control, power and range of motion over their swing, strokes, and overall game play. When your body feels strong, your game will feel stronger. This 4 week clinic will meet every Monday and Thursday from 7-8pm starting Monday, February 9th. Each class will cover strength training circuits to strengthen core, mobility, and power that can transfer to your golf game.
