Many of our clients have a standing schedule of two, three or more workouts a week. Others, due to work or travel schedule, find it easier to vary their workout days and times from week to week. The important thing is that accommodating our clients is our top priority.
We offer a 12 and a 36 session packages. New clients typically begin with twelve sessions and find they want to continue. We will then prorate your hourly rate that of the larger package.

Trainers must be notified 24 hours in advance to avoid sessions being charged on account. Cancellations must be received by voice or email. Members of Small Group Personal Training are held to the same cancellation regulation but each person will still be charged for training unless the entire group cancels.
